A Dover man is behind bars in Columbiana County after he allegedly attempted to purchase sex from a mother and her underage daughter – Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost announced the arrest Tuesday morning.
Chad Robert Ryan, 44, was arrested May 8 on charges of compelling prostitution, attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and a charge for possessing criminal tools.
The Tuscarawas County Sheriff’s Office, the Ohio Investigative Unit and the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force investigated the incident before Ryan was arrested in Columbiana County.
