Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers were dispatched to a Indian Rd in Oxford Township for a reported ATV accident with injuries and the driver was unresponsive.
When troopers arrived to the scene, they determined no accident occurred but rather a man operating the ATV had passed out.
The driver, Justin Heston, was transported to Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center in Cambridge for evaluation.
OSHP troopers charged Heston with his sixth OVI. A report will be sent to the Tuscarawas County Prosecutor for review.
