An East Canton man has died following a single-vehicle motorcycle accident in Paris Township on July 28.
The Canton Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol says Roger L. Redman, 72, was operating a 1973 Harley Davidson traveling eastbound on State Route 172. He failed to negotiate a curve and traveled off the right side of the roadway, ejecting him from his motorcycle.

Minerva Fire Department transported Redman to Aultman Hospital with life-threatening injuries. He died Sunday (Aug. 1) evening at 6:41 p.m.
Redman was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. Drugs and alcohol are not suspected factors of the crash, although it remains under investigation.
