The Tuscarawas Central Catholic Saints beat Lancaster Fisher Catholic 35-21 in Saturday’s season opener at Art Teynor Complex.
TCC quarterback Jordan Cherry threw three touchdown passes and added a rushing score to lead the Saints offense, while James Brooks hauled in two of Cherry’s three scoring passes (Hunter Sabin also had a TD catch).
The Saints (1-0) will take on Grove City Christian next Friday.
