Tuscarawas Central Catholic announced Monday their Week 2 football game versus Grove City Christian School was canceled due to a “COVID situation” within the Eagles’ program.
The Saints (1-0) will now play Edison this Friday after last Saturday’s win over Fisher Catholic, 31-17.
The Tigers were also affected by a COVID case at Wellsville High School, forcing the two’s game to be canceled.
Game time will be at 7 p.m. at Edison High School.
