A 13-year-old was arrested following an investigation of a threat directed at Edison Middle School, according to Perry Township Police.
The department was notified around 4:30 p.m. about the social media threat.
The young teen was arrested on a charge of inducing panic. He was booked into the Stark Multi-County Juvenile Attention Center.
Perry Township Police say there will be a heavy police presence Tuesday at the middle school.
