Monday morning, the New Philadelphia Police Department was informed that multiple signs on display at Storybook Lane at Tuscora Park had been vandalized with red spray paint.
While responding to another call, police were made aware of a possible suspect. The suspect, a 33-year-old female, confessed to vandalizing the display.
Officials with Storybook Lane quickly removed the vandalism, and will have new display out.
A criminal report will be passed on to the prosecutor office, for possible charges.
