The Canton Police Department arrested a suspect in the murders of two 19-year-old men March 28.
The shooting occurred March 28 just before 3 p.m. at an apartment complex on Ellis Ave Northeast. Both of the 19-year-olds were shot inside the apartment and both victims were unresponsive.
Police identified the victims as William Harvey and Jermiah Burton. They arrested 16-year-old Jayvion Burkes of Cleveland Wednesday night on charges of murder, complicity to commit felonious assault, complicity to commit murder, felonious assault and tampering with evidence.
The case remains under investigation.
