The Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office has initiated a search for a female escapee from the Eastern Ohio Correction Center in Lisbon.
Authorities are actively seeking 37-year-old Ashley Croley, who managed to evade custody.
Described as a 5-foot-5 woman weighing approximately 130 pounds, Croley has blonde hair and blue eyes.
According to law enforcement officials, Croley was last seen wearing a gray shirt with black trim, black leggings featuring pink stripes, and black sneakers. Notably, the escapee may be in possession of a stolen blue Chevy Cobalt with the license plate number JLU 4699.
Authorities have reason to believe that Croley is currently traveling in a northerly direction along state Route 45. She may be heading towards the nearby towns of Salem or Youngstown.
The Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office urges anyone with information regarding Ashley Croley’s whereabouts to come forward immediately.
Citizens are advised against approaching or engaging with the escapee. Instead, they should promptly contact local authorities.
