The Canton Police Department is investigating after a female body was found under a bridge Monday morning.
A person contacted authorities to advise that they had found a deceased person under the bridge in the 1800 block of Sprangler Rd NE in Canton.
According to Canton police Lieutenant Dennis Garren, the body was reported just before 8 AM Monday.
The woman has been identified but police are working to notify family.
