A Canton man will spend at least 71 years to life in prison for his involvement in a drive-by shooting last summer that left Jenny Norris dead.

Terrel J. Lipkins, 23, was found guilty on charges of murder, felonious assault and much more following his trial last week in the Stark County Common Pleas Court.

Officials said that Lipkins plans to appeal his conviction and sentence.

65-year-old Norris died Aug. 7 when she was outside of her Canton home on Belden Ave SE. talking to her neighbors and she was shot during the drive-by shooting.
