The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal motorcycle accident that occurred in Wayne County on Saturday.
The accident happened at the intersection of
Wadsworth and Fulton Roads in Chippewa Township. Troopers said Scott Kemp, 50, of Massillon, was riding a 2010 Harley Davidson and failed to yield while making a left turn.
Kemp hit a 2000 Isuzu NPR cabover truck and was tossed from his motorcycle, according to the OSHP press release. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Alcohol and drugs are not suspected factors of the crash, which remains under investigation. Troopers do not believe Kemp was wearing a helmet.
