Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson’s hearing before the NFL and NFLPA’s jointly appointed disciplinary officer Sue L. Robinson is scheduled to begin Tuesday, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Robinson is set to listen as the NFL is expected to push for a “lengthy” suspension for Watson, who at one point faced 24 civil lawsuits that accused him of sexual assault and misconduct during massage sessions while with the Houston Texans.

Watson has since agreed to settle 20 of those suits.

Robinson is a former member of Delaware’s district court for over 25 years. Upon her ruling, both sides have the option to appeal and NFL commissioner Roger Goodell can either rule on the appeal or call on an independent ruler.
